Responsibilities:

• Develop learning and development strategies for the department with the support of human resources
• Design and implement training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  Languages: Arabic and English
  Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 AED
  Location: Dubai
  Working Days: Monday to Friday
  Working Hours: 8 hours per day
