Business Development Manager – Construction Industry
Work location – Dubai
Salary – 10,000 – 15,000 dirhams + sales commission
Industry – Contracting
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or any related field
• 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in sales/business development within construction/contracting companies.
• You must have experience
1) Drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities in the construction industry.
2) Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue growth goals.
3) Submitting bids, proposals and tender documents for construction projects.
4) Negotiating and closing contracts and agreements with clients.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including market dynamics, project life cycle and industry players.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent presentation skills.
• You must have a valid UAE driving license.
