Job Description:
We are currently seeking Emirati candidates to join our team as Talent Executives. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for talent acquisition and management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic advice.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Emirati nationality with Family Book
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work well within a team and independently.
Location:
The position is based in Dubai, offering a dynamic work environment in one of the UAE’s most vibrant cities.
Working Days and Hours:
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8 hours per day
