Responsibilities:
Present properties to potential buyers and tenants
Advertise and market properties for sale or rent
Negotiate deals and close sales
Maintain property listings and sales tracking
Communicate and build relationships with potential clients
Stay updated on real estate market trends and regulations
Achieve sales targets and company-set goals
Sales agents may also be responsible for managing a team of agents, coordinating and supervising their work, and providing support and guidance.
Expectations:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Real estate experience in the United Arab Emirates
Fluency in English is mandatory
Salary: Negotiable (with high commission)
