Mission:

• Recover overdue amounts from delinquent customers.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify fraudulent customers.
• Negotiate payment terms.
• Skip tracing.
• Conduct reminder calls on PTP accounts for collecting transferred amounts from customers.
• Must perform any other task as per job requirements.
