We are seeking a confident and experienced Reception Manager, working as part of the Membership Team. The role will involve overseeing a team of people who will be responsible for welcoming our Members and their guests to the club. He/she will deliver the highest possible standards of service and be proactive in maintaining and driving revenue and brand image.
The ideal candidate will have:
· at least 3-4 years’ experience within either luxury hospitality, fashion or concierge companies.
· A confident and professional manner
· Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
· A passion for delivering exceptional service
· The ability to work under pressure.
· Strong experience with CRM systems
· Proactive in maintaining and reinforcing the club rules when required.
