About the Position: The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in HR management, including managing a large team of employees, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Provide guidance and support to department managers on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
