Overview of Responsibilities:

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Support HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR policies and procedures, and managing HR documentation.
• Assist in organizing and conducting training and development programs for employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
