Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Install new or enhanced functions or features, hardware, software, peripherals, and configurations if applicable
Fault Assessment, Repair and Replacement Services
Telephonic diagnose will be done immediately to every breakdown call
Software upgrades, Patches updates upon availability published in OEM sites.
OS, MS Office support included in the offer, All the original software licenses had to be provided by the client.
Onsite support will be provided for all the units under the contract.
Location: Abu Dhabi, Al ain
Tenure: 1 year
Salary: 5000 AED
NP: Immediate Joiner
