Vacant position: Executive secretary for an educational center

Job Description :
We are looking for an outstanding Executive Secretary to join our team in our Education Centre. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Center Director.

Functional tasks :

– Providing administrative support to the center director
– Answer and forward phone calls or record messages
– Organizing and updating schedules regularly
– Maintaining an organizational and effective system for paper and electronic files
– Assisting in coordination between the various departments in the center
– Organizing meetings and preparing the necessary materials

Requirements:

– At least 5 years of experience in an executive secretarial role in educational centers or schools
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
