Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure timely completion of HR-related tasks and activities.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and objectives.
• Supervise and mentor junior HR staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
