EHS Officer & Admin Assistant – Female

Job Description:
Candidate must have experience in HOSPITALITY / CATERING INDUSTRIES with at least 2 yrs.
Maintaining the EHS,HACCP & SOP Standards.
Conducting HACCP Employee training class to standardize personnel hygiene, GMP, SOP & FOOD
Supervise the Kitchen Safety Supervise & monitoring on the production floor and ensuring the safety, hygiene & housekeeping in the production unit.
Establishing cleaning program and schedule. Perform effective SANITATION CONTROL PROGRAME.
Responsible for overall Safety & Environment matters in related issues within company premise; risk management and food safety.
Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices and develop in line with the organization, EHS control practices and programs.
Reports hazards, unsafe acts or conditions or any EHS concerns to General Manager.
Carry out daily safety checks, notify immediately risk hazardous, give recommendations to correct it.
Maintain, develop, perform and measure results of training for staff relating to Environment, Health and Safety.
Follow up on quality criteria, checking method, reply and respond to internal & external audits and inspections.
To ensure all activities relating to safety and the environment in the company work well and avoid risk of labour accident during working.
Ensure that all Company EHS policies and practices are proactively implemented and supported

Ideal candidate must be have Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in hotels should be available in UAE.
