Position Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management, and enhancement of financial products offered by Deem.io. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, define product requirements, and drive product strategy and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends and customer feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to bring new products to market and drive product adoption
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats
- Define product requirements and specifications, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery
- Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of financial products and markets
- Previous experience in product management or related roles is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into product solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a passion for driving product innovation and excellence
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from AED 35,000 to AED 40,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
