Position Details:
Position Title: Training Specialist (Permanent)
Nationality: All nationalities (Emiratis preferred)
Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 6 years of experience in a government setting, with expertise in developing operational plans for performance evaluation, analyzing training needs, developing training schedules, aligning them with employee performance, and determining financial costs.
Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English
Salary: 23,000 to 26,000 AED
Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Job Responsibilities:
As a Training Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing operational plans for performance evaluation within the government entity.
2. Analyzing training needs and developing training schedules.
3. Aligning training schedules with employee performance objectives.
4. Determining the financial costs associated with training programs.
5. Implementing training programs and evaluating their effectiveness.
6. Providing support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.
