Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher
Location: City Private School, Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and development for young children.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages creativity, curiosity, and exploration.
Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s individual needs and development.
Ensure a safe and secure learning environment for all students.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:
????Bachelor’s or Masters degree in any subject
????Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Montessori or Cache level III
????UAE Equivalency certificate for your bachelors or masters.
????Relevant teaching certification like Bachelor of Education.
Previous experience teaching in a kindergarten setting.
Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school administration.
