Job Title: Merchandising Team Leader
Location: UAE (Dubai)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Merchandising Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing merchandising operations and driving sales growth in the pharmacy sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of merchandisers to ensure effective execution of merchandising strategies.
- Developing and implementing merchandising plans to optimize product visibility and drive sales.
- Building strong relationships with pharmacy partners to enhance brand presence and achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Providing regular reports and insights to senior management on merchandising performance and market dynamics.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License and access to a car.
