- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Update customer records and information in the company database
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with customer service software systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
