Job Responsibilities
As a Reservation Officer, your main responsibilities include:
- Handling reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure the best deals and packages for clients.
- Managing booking systems and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reservation processes.
- Assisting clients with travel arrangements, including itinerary planning and ticket issuance.
- Keeping up-to-date with travel industry trends, policies, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Meeting sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in reservations or customer service within the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and software.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients.
