About the Role:
We are currently seeking Emirati candidates for the position of Agricultural Engineer at a private company with locations in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra. As an Agricultural Engineer, you will be responsible for applying engineering principles to agricultural production and processing, with the goal of enhancing efficiency and sustainability in farming practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing agricultural infrastructure and systems, such as irrigation and drainage systems, greenhouses, and livestock facilities.
- Conducting research and analysis to improve crop yields, minimize environmental impact, and optimize resource use.
- Providing technical support and guidance to farmers and agricultural workers.
- Collaborating with agronomists, biologists, and other professionals to develop innovative solutions to agricultural challenges.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in agricultural engineering.
