We are seeking a specialized Accountant to join our team at a prestigious real estate office in Ajman. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounting within the United Arab Emirates. They should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting within the UAE and possess strong skills in using accounting software and accounting management systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  2. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  3. Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
  4. Handle financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  5. Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  6. Provide support during audits and tax filings.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience within the UAE.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
