About the Position:
As the Head of the Ticketing Unit, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing ticketing operations for cultural and heritage attractions in Abu Dhabi. You will lead a dedicated team and work closely with stakeholders to enhance visitor satisfaction and optimize revenue generation.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Tourism, Art, History, Museum Studies, or Arts Management
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ticketing management roles
Location: Abu Dhabi
Working Hours: 8 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance ticketing operations and visitor experiences.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of ticketing professionals to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Revenue Optimization: Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and packages to maximize ticket sales and revenue generation.
- Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach and implement measures to enhance visitor satisfaction and loyalty.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement ticketing systems and technologies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including cultural institutions and tourism partners, to drive synergies and achieve shared objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor ticketing performance and track progress towards goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in ticketing management roles, preferably in the cultural or tourism sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ticketing software and systems.
